Exhibitor Fee: $2,500 + GST

By entering this Agreement and paying the Exhibitor Fee, the Exhibitor will receive:

• One (1) standard trade exhibition space in the designated exhibitor area
• Ability to display Farming Equipment on-site if requested
• Branding as a Trade Exhibitor on:
  • Farmx.org.com 2026 partner listing
  • Holding screens
  • Print and digital advertising
• One (1) 1/8 page colour ad in event program
• Two (2) complimentary exhibitor registrations, including access to catering and sessions
• Opportunity to promote product/service of exhibit to TasFarmer members through member portal
• Opportunity to opt-in to having a social media video created advertising product/service available at FarmX.

The Exhibitor agrees to:

• Provide all necessary materials (banner, logo, promotional content, etc.) by the deadlines communicated by the Organiser
• Adhere to bump-in/bump-out times, venue policies, and all event operational guidelines
• Ensure their booth is staffed and professionally presented throughout the event duration
• Maintain appropriate insurance for participation, including public liability

• The Exhibitor Fee is $2,500 + GST, payable within 30 days of the date of invoice issued by the Organiser..
• Payment secures your booking. Space is limited and will be allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis.

• Cancellations received in writing 30+ days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.
• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. In such cases, a full refund or transfer of the booking to the new date will be offered.

As part of the Exhibitor Package, exhibitors may opt in to receive a professionally produced short promotional video to promote their participation in FarmX 2026. The purpose of the video is to inform audiences that the exhibitor will be attending FarmX and to highlight what they will showcase at their trade display. Participation in this activity is optional.

Video Inclusions

• One (1) professionally filmed and edited social media video, up to 30 seconds in duration
• Filmed prior to FarmX 2026 at a location agreed upon by the FarmX Event Organiser and Exhibitor
• Designed for use in pre-event promotion across digital and social media channels

Conditions and Exhibitor Requirements

• The FarmX Event Organiser will coordinate and manage all filming and editing.
• Exhibitors must opt in and book a filming time prior to 30 June 2026. Filming opportunities are limited and subject to availability.
• Exhibitors are responsible for being fully prepared at the scheduled filming time, including:
  • Having appropriate staff or representatives available to appear on camera
  • Preparing key messages or a short script outlining:
    • Their participation in FarmX 2026, and
    • The products, services, or demonstrations they will feature at their trade display
  • Providing any required products, visuals, or branding for filming
• Filming will be limited to the allocated time to ensure equitable access for all participating exhibitors.
• The completed video will be supplied to the exhibitor within seven (7) business days of the filming date.

The FarmX Event Organiser retains discretion over filming style, format, and final edit to ensure consistency with FarmX branding and promotional objectives.
